Only 38.9” of snow so far this season in Kalamazoo? That seems quite low , I have to believe we have had more than that 30 miles east here in Marshall.
Agree. Even Grand Rapids reading seems low, but the reading is from the airport. I have relatives in Rockford who have told me they were closer to 90 inches than the 75 GR shows.
I agree...I think 38.9" seems too low. I'm just reporting the "official" total. Professor Bob Ruhf and his geography students used to measure snow in Kalamazoo at W.M.U. I thought they did a great job. Professor Ruhf changed jobs and I don't know who is taking measurements now.
Thanks for updating us on season snow totals. I sure hope they stay “as is” and we get no more snow storms, but until we get past Mother’s Day I never feel like we are truly out of the woods.
