So far it has been 13 degrees colder this February than last February, in Grand Rapids.
It'll be dry in West Michigan Sunday and Monday, but watch out for icy spots on driveways and sidewalks. It'll be in the mid 30s on Sunday, and low-mid 40s midweek. It should rain in the middle of next week.

Does it stay milder? In other words, rain as opposed to the frozen precip? I am sure Winter is not over but we seem to be trending that way.
