Snow and breezy, with drifting possible

Expect a high of 26 on Sunday, with snow and winds of up to 20 miles per hour. The 5-day forecast is still all snow.

From Daughter #3 — Growing up, it somehow managed to escape me that my dad was famous. I don’t recall going with him to a lot of events. Looking back at photos and video from when I was in high school, often my sisters were with him at a parade or other event, and I am nowhere to be found. Probably sleeping in or just doing my own thing.

Then I went to college out of the viewing area, and law school in Texas. Other than a brief stint, I haven’t lived in West Michigan in my adult life.

So it’s always a bit of shock when I’m reminded that Dad is quite well known in West Michigan.

Starting this project with him has been a reminder of that. Between the website and the YouTube channel, we’re closing in on 2,000 subscribers. One day this week we had more than 7,000 visits to billsteffen.com. We’re not even sure how people are finding us. Thank you so much for everyone who visits billsteffen.com and everyone who has subscribed to one of the channels. It’s truly an honor to have your support.
